"Plum, dried cherries, cedar, tobacco on the nose. Vanilla, blackberry and licorice. Super inviting! When tasting the flavors, a little floral. Tannins are smooth with that dusty quality that I like. Kind of like cocoa powder. Nice long finish! I would love to sit by the fire with this wine. Indoor or outdoor fire. I definitely would pair this with a steak. Cassoulet. Grilled meat pizza. Super yummy wine! Thanks for sharing!"
